Some like it hot; some like cold! Our cozy vacation cottage in Big Bass Lake is ideally suited to please both. In the summer, come canoe, fish and swim in a serene mountain setting. In the winter, enjoy skiing at the nearby resorts of Camelback, Sno Mountain, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Alpine Mountain and Shawnee — or try out Big Bass Lake's own private ski hill with tow-rope and snow tubing area. Plus, all you need to bring is food, drinks, towels and linens, and your personal items to have a great time: firewood, games, and even a canoe with life jackets and paddles are provided. The home features a large open living area with vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, screened-in porch and fully appointed kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a large master bedroom, guest room and comfy loft with skylight.

The home is within short walking distance to Lake Natalie, one of three scenic lakes in the Big Bass Lake Community. Less than half a mile from indoor pool and sauna (available on weekends except during summer) and private ski area and snow tubing in winter. A short drive to two different beaches, outdoor pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and shuffle board. Less than a ¼ mile from entrance to Gouldsboro State Park, which features bike trails, nature trails, picnic areas, a large lake w/beach, and cross-country skiing in winter.
