The house is located in Northeastern PA and is only 20 feet from the water's edge. As you can see, there is a boat dock and we have available a 14 ft. row boat for fishing. This is a private lake and you can not bring your own motor boat to put on this lake. In addition to the front yard, 50 feet to the east is the lake association beach which is available for swimming or tanning.

This house was updated 5 years ago. There is tong & grove knotty pine throughout, new windows w/screens, and hot water base board heat.

This is one of the cleanest spring fed lakes in PA. All residences are required to be connected to the sewer system -- no septic tanks.

Amenities:

Cable TV w/VCR or CD Player, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Cookware and utensils provided, Washer and Dryer, Gas grill, Charcoal grill.

You must supply your own towels and linens.

The front porch has a roof in case of rain. There is a 8 ft. picnic table in the front yard. Also in front is a pit for evening fires - you supply the wood.
