Our pet friendly villa is located in Palmetto Dunes' Inverness Village. The villa is an end unit with great views of the Fazio golf course from its many windows and new elevated deck. The Inverness Village pool and tennis courts are conveniently located just a few steps from your front door.

Palmetto Dunes' 3 miles of private beach is within walking distance of the villa. Easy access to the beach is available at the Disney Beach Club which has ample bike/car parking, clean rest rooms, and a nice snack bar. Because Inverness Village is in the center of Palmetto Dunes it is private and peaceful with absolutely no unwanted traffic. Take a walk on the golf course as sunset approaches and discover the wildlife near the ponds and lagoons. Inverness Village is set in one of the prettiest parts of Hilton Head Island.

Our villa has sleeping accommodations for 6 people. The second floor is dedicated to the master suite and bath. The master bedroom is spacious and furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom is downstairs with 2 twin beds. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa which is actually comfortable enough to sleep on. We have extra pillows and blankets if needed. A pack and play is also available if you have a young one.

The villa interior was recently remodeled and furnished in 2005. The exterior was completely refinished in the spring of 2007. High quality linens, towels, tableware, and kitchen utensils are also furnished.

The villa is pet friendly and immaculately clean. We have the best cleaning service on the island. We charge $20 per day for pets. This additional fee goes directly to our cleaning service. We ask the service to go over the villa twice when a pet stays here. We demand very clean accommodations, since we have a two year old who spends plenty of time on the floor when we visit.
