Dates Available:Year round. Payment Policies:A deposit equal to 1/3 of the total rent plus tax in addition to all applicable fees is due at the time of reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for villas/ 60 days for homes and may be made in the form of personal check (if received 30 days prior to arrival), money order, debit or credit card. Deposits will be placed in an interest bearing account. South Carolina Real Estate Law specifies such interest shall accrue and the signature below releases all interest to Sunset Rentals, Inc., on this account. RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be considered complete pending receipt of the initial deposit by a valid credit card and return of required paperwork. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival for villas and 60 days for homes. Cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administrative fee. Within 30 days, (60 days for homes all deposits will be forfeited unless the property can be re-rented or you are covered by Travel Insurance. PROCESSING FEE: All reservations are subject to a one-time, non-refundable processing fee of $75. TAXES: Published rates do not include South Carolina State and Hilton Head local taxes totaling 11%.
