Dates Available:Year round. Payment Policies:A deposit equal to 40% of the total rental cost plus tax in addition to a non-refundable administrative fee of $85, the travel insurance premium, and any applicable pet fees is due at the time of reservation. The final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival for villas/ 90 days for homes and may be made in the form of personal check (if received 30 days prior to arrival), money order, debit or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted less than 20 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be placed in an interest bearing account. South Carolina Real Estate Law specifies such interest shall accrue and the signature below releases all interest to Sunset Rentals, Inc., on this account. Travel insurance is provided to protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring the cancellation or interruption of your trip. The cost of this coverage is 7.5% of base rental rate plus tax and is non-refundable 10 days after purchase. All reservations are subject to a one-time, non-refundable processing fee of $85.
