This condo is located in Palmetto Dunes which is a world-class gated resort known for its fantastic beach, three championship golf courses, and award winning tennis. The beach is perfect for bike riding with its hardpacked sand near the water's edge. The golf courses (two of which are within 3 min's. bike ride) provide even more riding and walking opportunities on their cart paths anytime after 7:00 in the evening. While there is a boat launching area about a mile from the condo, the owners have launched kayaks from the bank behind the condo. Fishing can also be done from the same place.

This spacious two bedroom, two bath condo has one of the best lagoon views in Centrecourt! Great floor plan with two master suites, each boasting two queen size beds and cable television.. Come and enjoy the large newly tiled living area with cathedral ceiling and the updated kitchen with granite countertops. Serene views from your private covered porch welcome you. Relax as you watch the kayakers, canoeists and fishermen glide by from your second floor vantage point. Centrecourt has a pool, is in close proximity to tennis courts, and is less than three-tenths of a mile walk to the beach.

Included with the condo are the following: Air conditioning, off street parking, washer, dryer, microwave, ice maker, and dishwasher. Also telephone and WiFi (wireless internet), 3 cable TV's with CD players. 4 Queen size beds and a Queen convertible bed. Linens are provided.

Attractions:

Charter fishing, dolphin tours, adventure cruises, parasailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing are available on island as are golf, tennis, kayaking, miniature golf, horseback riding. Shopping is a favored pasttime as are attending the live theatre performances and the movie theaters.

Pets:

Pets are welcome with prior approval.
I require a $200 refundable deposit. There is no extra fee for the pet, and the deposit is returned within 10 days when our caretaker assures us there was no damage or extra cleaning because of the pet.

Year round.

Minimum Stay:

Weekly in summer, 2 night minimum at other times.

Payment Policies:

Pay by check. $200 deposit at time of rental. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to occupancy.

Restrictions:

No smoking. No more than 10 occupants.
