Rates:

Pricing starts at $595 per week off season to $4,995 during summer for pet friendly properties. We have a $55 reservation fee for villa's and $75 for homes and 11% lodging tax.

Pets:

Pets welcome in designated properties.
Limit 2 pets per property.
Condos- One dog 30 lbs and under. Townhouses- No more than 2 dogs 30 lbs apiece and under. Homes- No more than 2 dogs under 30 lbs apiece or one dog 70 lbs or less.
No pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, german shepards or bull terriers, for insurance purposes.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 for villas and $200.00 for homes.
Pets are not allowed on the beach between 10 am - 5 pm Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. April 1 through the Friday before Memorial Day and Labor Day through Septemeber 30, dogs must be on leashes from 10 am - 5 pm. All other times pets must be on leash or voice control.

Year round.

Minimum Stay:

Off season: 3 night minimum. In season: weekly (Saturday-Saturday).

Payment Policies:

40% down payment required within 14 days of making reservation. Cancellation policy begins at time of reservation. Cancellation fee is $85.00 or 40%.

Restrictions:

All homes and villas are nonsmoking.
