Located in a quiet area of the lake, near the junction of the Saluda and Little Saluda Rivers. You will enjoy the rural atmosphere, the calm waters and the great fishing. There is a floating dock on the property and a boat ramp close by.

Enjoy a nice camp fire at the edge of the lake or just relax on the large screened in porch. This is a great house for the kids to play inside or out. There is an air hockey table in the den and a ping pong table on the screened porch. Outside there is a treehouse and tether ball pole. The house is located on a street with little to no passing cars. The kids will love their own private loft area for watching TV or for sleeping.

Accommodations include 2 twin beds set as a king but can be used separately, another king bed, 1 queen, 1 set of bunk beds with a separate pull out bed. There is also a futon sleeper in the loft room.
