Dates Available:Year round. Minimum Stay:Standard two night minimum. Five nights minimum stay during Dec 21, 2007 - Jan 1, 2008. Three nights minimum stay Jan 18 - 21 & Feb 15 – 18, 2008. Payment Policies:One-half of the total amount due must be paid upon signing the rental agreement. The remaining one-half is due no later than thirty days from the commencement date of the rental agreement for non-holiday rentals and no later than sixty days from the commencement date for holiday rentals. If signing of the rental agreement occurs less than thirty days from the commencement date for non-holiday rentals or less than sixty days from the commencement date for holiday rentals, then the full amount due shall be paid upon signing.
